But an unexpected discovery by Aaron Davis of the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew, UK, published in the journal Nature Plants, may offer a way out. Dr Davis and colleagues report that they have identified a wild coffee species that is both tasty and able to tolerate higher temperatures.
